• Your phone number and WhatsApp profile name
• The content of messages you send to the assistant
• Order details you provide (such as items, quantities, and delivery information)

How We Use Information

We use this information solely to:

• Respond to your messages and process your requests or orders
• Forward order details to the business you are contacting
• Maintain the conversation context during your session

We do not sell your information. We do not use your information for advertising. We do not contact you with marketing messages unless you have opted in.

Data Sharing

Message content is processed using third-party AI infrastructure (Anthropic) and delivered via WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.). Order details are shared only with the specific business you are messaging.

Data Retention

Conversation data is retained only as long as needed to process your request. Session data is temporary and is cleared when the service restarts or after a period of inactivity.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing ali@getaccellionx.com from any address, including the phone number used. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
